This is a brand new and unfired short barrel FACTORY Colt weapon. It is currently on a Form 3 and will transfer to your dealer tax free. The purchaser is responsible for the $200 NFA transfer tax and other fees that their Class III/SOT dealer charges for transfers. All NFA and BATF rules apply to the sale of this Short Barrel Rifle.
